WWW Wednesday

WWW Wednesday is a meme hosted by Sam @TakingOnAWorldOfWords. All you have to do is answer three simple questions:

 What are you currently reading?

What did you recently finish reading?

What do you think you’ll read next?

What Are You Currently Reading

I received Watcher in the Woods a while ago on NetGalley, but it was part of a series so I had to get around to actually reading the first books before I could get to this. I’m really loving the series though! And this book is definitely adding some new tension because there’s a stranger in the town *gasp*. I just started this a couple days ago so I’m not very far in but I can tell it’s gonna be another good one!

I decided to finally get around to reading Four Dead Queens because it’s one of those really nice copies I have from one of my book boxes. I don’t read those often enough and it seemed interesting so I wanted to give it a shot. I stopped really early on because I got into the Rockton series by Kelley Armstrong (whoops) so once I finish Watcher in the Woods I’ll probably hop back into this.

This is another NetGalley one. I’m looking forward to reading Second Star because I enjoyed Sullivan’s Alice book! I haven’t quite started this yet but it’s queued up in my nook app for when I finish my other two reads!

What did you Recently Finish Reading

Like I said, I really got into the Rockton series so I pretty much binge-read City of the Lost, A Darkness Absolute, and This Fallen Prey all in a row. They are so good! I love the mystery/crime-solving angle as well as the romance! Plus, there’s a puppy! (well, in book two).

Reviews: They’ll be coming soon!

What do You Think You’ll Read Next

I definitely need to get to Blue Lily, Lily Blue! I loved the first two books in this series and I’m expecting some really epic things to happen in this time both in terms of overall plot and romance!

Honestly, I’m long overdue to read Two Dark Reigns. I liked the first two books in the series as well so I really need to get around to finishing this!

I got The Everlasting Rose on NetGalley, but it was a sequel so I had to read The Belles first. Omg, The Belles totally blew me away because it was darker and more involved than I was expecting. I thought it would be more about the competition and not so much about all these secrets and dangers.

    1. YES! They’re just so well-rounded. There’s so much going on–but in a good way. They story is always moving either with the plot or character development and I just love it. I like the twists at the end and the reveals with characters. Just when you think you know someone, they reveal their deep dark secrets haha.
