Thursday Quotables was created by @Bookshelf Fantasies and it’s basically a post to share a quote or passage from your reading that week that you thought was funny, interesting, or that you just enjoyed in some way.
This week I’m sharing a passage from The Wicked Will Rise by Danielle Paige:
In a world turned upside down like this, where sweet little Dorothy Gale was evil, Glinda the Good was eviler, and most everyone else was either scheming or scrambling out of the way, there were crazier things you could do than putting your trust in people who called themselves wicked.
Really loved coming back to the Dorothy Must Die series after so long. I just started it up yesterday and decided I would read a few chapters before bed. I breezed through 50 pages! Danielle Paige has such a great writing style and I love Amy’s commentary on things. She always says the best and funniest things! I recommend this series for people who like retellings, feel free to check out my Dorothy Must Die Review!
